Estrogen Oil:

Ingredients: Carthamus tinctorius (Safflower) seed oil, Oenothera biennis (Evening primrose) oil, Prunus armeniaca (Apricot) kernel oil, Vitis vinifera (Grape) seed oil, Tocopherol (Vitamin E) oil, Estriol USP, Sorbic acid, Vanilla oil.

2% Progesterone Cream

Ingredients: Purified water, Carthamus tinctorius (Safflower) seed oil, Aloe barbadensis (Aloe vera gel extract), Sepigel 305 (polyacrylamide, C13-14 isoparaffin, laureth-7), Progesterone USP, Cannabis sativa (Hemp) seed oil, Oenothera biennis (Evening primrose) oil, Prunus armeniaca (Apricot) kernel oil, Vitis vinifera (Grape) seed oil, Tocopherol (Vitamin E) oil, Sodium gluconate, Potassium sorbate, Sorbic acid.

Estrogen Oil

Unless otherwise prescribed by a healthcare professional, apply 1/8 teaspoon or 0.6ml vaginally. Fill syringe to the 0.6ml mark. This equals about 1mg Estriol USP.

Natural Progesterone Cream

4 pumps equals about 1/4 teaspoon (1.2 ml) equals about 20mg of micronized progesterone. For best results apply to skin areas that are relatively thin & well supplied with capillary blood flow, such as upper chest, neck, inner arms & inner thighs. Rotate application areas daily. Or as instructed by a healthcare professional.

Pre-MENOPAUSE: Apply about 4 pumps of crÃme for 14 days beginning on the 12th day after the period starts. Repeat monthly.

Post-MENOPAUSE: Apply about 4 pumps daily for 21 consecutive days in the month. Repeat monthly.
