Topical Estrogen Cream

Unless otherwise instructed by a Healthcare Professional: Start by applying about 1/4 teaspoon daily (4 pumps).  Apply to thin skinned areas like upper inner arms, neck, inner thigh & behind the knees. Rotate application area daily.   4 pumps equals about 1mg Estriol.  Use the least amount possible to control symptoms.

 

Natural Progesterone Cream

4 pumps equals about 1/4 teaspoon (1.2 ml) equals about 20mg of micronized progesterone.  For best results apply to skin areas that are relatively thin & well supplied with capillary blood flow, such as upper chest, neck, inner arms & inner thighs. Rotate application areas daily. Or as instructed by a healthcare professional.

  Pre-MENOPAUSE: Apply about 4 pumps of crÃme for 14 days beginning on the 12th day after the period starts. Repeat monthly. 

  Post-MENOPAUSE: Apply about 4 pumps daily for 21 consecutive days in the month. Repeat monthly. 

 

Testo Cream for Women

Apply about 1/2 teaspoon daily for 21 days, stop for 7 days. Repeat monthly.
